Thank you for your interest!

You are not quite copyright ready!

That is okay! Every work of art starts somewhere.

To get your official copyrights, your art, music, writing, photo, or other "works of art" must be in its final and complete form.

Come back when you are ready.

Until then ... check out the FAQs and video below! You can also check out some of our other services here!

Copyright FAQs:

1. How much does it cost to apply for copyrights?

We offer copyright application processing on a FLAT FEE basis.  You pay our flat fee plus the application fee to the United States Copyright Office and you are done.

The total cost is $550.00.  What does that include:

  1. $50 filing fee to the US Copyright Office

  2. $500.00 retainer fee due to start the application

2. Are my copyrights guaranteed if I apply?

If you composed, wrote, or designed the “work of art” your chances of getting copyrights are high.  But nothing is full proof which is why an application is required.

3. How long does it take?

Your application will be completed and submitted within 20 days of receiving all the necessary items to apply.   The US copyright office can take from 3 to 6 months to review and give a response.  Occasionally, additional work is necessary and will slow the process.

4. What do I need to apply?

  1. Your completed work of art

  2. Your application fees

5. What does a copyright protect?

It prevents someone from taking your work of art and passing it off as theirs.  Whether it is a painting, a line from a song, a musical note, or a piece a novel, your copyrights tells everyone who owns it and makes you eligible to sue anyone who violates your copyrights!
